android - Encountering an Error when trying to install application using ADB -

i trying install application using adb. getting error file path. checked many times , path correct. other functions able using adb restarting, checking versions etc. not able install.

can me that?

make sure have not set path 

c:\...\...\tools\

and change 

c:\...\...\platform-tools
