Perforce recovery from version files -

is there way recover perforce depot have version files? server perforce running on has crashed , not running. can recovery this?

thanks in advance

this extremely hard , impossible, because critical information stored in perforce server's database tables, separate version files.

but why not restart perforce server? why did crash, , why not running?

it sounds need in touch perforce technical support.
