android - Define horizontally strechable drawable -

i define background drawable roughtly illustrated here:

regions

the green regions should scaled if imageview, meaning aspect ratio remains constant. blue region should streched if element wider background image.

i tried accomplish 9patch images, have defined @ least 1 horizontal strechable region. there doesn't seem way keep aspect ratio of green regions.
