Zurb abide check form if only another input is checked -

does know how make zurb abide validate form if input checked? have form billing , shipping inputs , don't want customers enter information twice, have checkbox asks if shipping information same billing. abide checks inputs if have attribute "required". know way make disregard or remove attribute if checkbox checked?
